Gentle and good shampoo
I have used this shampoo as well as their conditioner for many years. It’s very rich in texture and you only have to use a small amount. It's only drawback is that it’s very expensive, but it's worth. However, I have found it’s gentle and good for my hair.

Works well but smells gross
I have colored hair and use this shampoo and conditioner 2x a week. Seems to be gentle and color doesn't get stripped. I like this product except for the smell. I really hate the smell. I will be trying a different product next time because of that.
