This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

We offer standard 2-3 business day shipping for orders shipped to 48 contiguous states and DC. Orders are shipped the same day they are placed using United States Postal Service. Order cutoff time is Monday-Friday 1:00 pm Eastern Time Zone. Packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories may take longer to deliver, additional fees apply. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. To ensure same-day shipping, orders must be placed by 1pm EST.

Standard shipping fee is $5. Shipping is FREE for all orders over $40 (excluding taxes). Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless an error is made on our end. You have to notify us within 10 days from the order date if you have not received your package. Once your order is shipped, a notification will be sent to your email address. If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. 

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Hawaii & Alaska

We offer USPS Priority standard shipping for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, optional 2 Day and 1 Day shipping services. Standard shipping fee is $12. We are unable to ship hazardous materials items to Hawaii, or Alaska.

Puerto Rico

We offer 3-5 Day standard shipping to Puerto Rico using USPS Priority service. Standard shipping fee is $8. Expedited 1-2 Day shipping options are also available. We are unable to ship hazardous materials items to Puerto Rico.

P.O. Box

For shipping to U.S. P.O. Boxes, we offer USPS Priority standard shipping. Shipping is FREE for orders over $40 and $8 for orders under $35. We are unable to offer expedited shipping to P.O. Box addresses. Shipments containing hazardous materials items may experience longer than standard transit times. Orders to P.O. Box addresses may be delivered on weekends.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

We ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses using USPS Priority service. Delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days due to military handling time. Shipping is FREE on orders over $40 and $5 on orders under $35. We are unable to ship hazardous materials items or offer expedited shipping to APO, FPO, DPO Military addresses.

International Shipping

Currently we do not offer international shipping.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We do not to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

Restricted Hazardous (Hazmat) Items

Certain products, including aerosols and alcohol-based flammable products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairsprays, certain oils, nail polish removers, etc.) are prohibited from air-transport due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipped using ground shipping only. Hazmat orders may take longer to deliver. We are unable to ship orders with hazmat products to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders will be processed and shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our storage facilities on Sundays or the following US holidays:

Tracking Orders

When your order is prepared to be shipped, a notification will be sent to your email address. We ship all orders the same day they are placed, the cut-off time is 3:00pm Eastern Time Zone (excluding Sundays and afore mentioned federal holidays). The email notification will contain shipment details, the tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier website. To track the order, click on the tracking number located in the email. To track an order on, visit your profile page. You will need to sign in to access your account information. Title to the products in your order is transferred from to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from to you when your order has been delivered to you. The transfer of title does not affect our returns policy, available here.

For your convenience, you will see the expected delivery date for your order when you select a delivery option, on the Order Confirmation page, on the Order Details page, and on the Order Confirmation email.
